I,m taking part in TRACE2025, a trek through the rainforests and highlands of Costa Rica to fundraise for Alzheimer’s Research UK. Having been a carer to someone in the early stages of Alzheimer’s to seeing the very end of the disease when I lost my grandma recently. I know all too well, how harrowing a diagnosis is, for not only the individual but their friends and family. Alzheimer’s Research is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. They are funding ground-breaking projects. Your donation will help scientists and researchers find new ways to diagnose and treat dementia - with the ultimate goal of finding a cure.
