Manuka has a rich pungent aroma and full flavour, absolutely bursting with goodness. All good honey may crystallise or set during storage. If this should occur please warm gently to return to its liquid state. This is our low-range Manuka product and is more suited to day to day eating purposes, unlike our higher rated Manuka honeys, which makes it a less expensive addition to healthy diet.
