How Aeyla uses your information

Personal information collection. When you purchase products from our Site, you are given the option to register with the Site. If you do not register, you may check out as a guest. In any event, when you purchase products from our website, you will need to provide us with Personal Information, such as your name, email address, and address in order for us to process your order and payment and deliver your purchase in accordance with our obligations set out in our Terms of Supply. Text Marketing Terms and Conditions. We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an European Union company with office at Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text message operator to fulfill their delivery.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted for as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

Payment processing

Credit or Debit Card Payments. When you make payments through the Site using a credit or debit card, you will need to provide Personal Information to our third-party service providers, such as your credit card number. Credit and debit card payments made on the Site are made through our payment gateway providers, Shopify Payments, Amazon Payments & Apple Payments. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to your chosen payment gateway provider. Information that you supply to these providers is not within our control and is subject to their own privacy policies which are available on their relevant websites. 

We do not store credit card numbers.

Paypal. You can also make a payment through Paypal's. Paypal will receive your email address, shipping address and details of the items you purchased from us.

Creating custom audiences.

We also work with Google and Facebook to create a custom audience which, similar to interest-based cookies, deliver our adverts to you when you interact with Facebook and Google networks. We work with these companies to deliver our content to existing and potential customers. We do this by sharing a masked unique ID, which is a cryptographic hash of your email so that your data is pseudonymized which means you cannot be identified from it unless additional information is added to this data (we do not share such additional data) with such companies. This ID or code is matched against your equivalent unique code similarly generated by our ad partners, Google and Facebook, to tailor advertising to you. If you have opted out of receiving our marketing communications, our advertising using these custom audience channels will no longer be displayed on Google and Facebook networks. Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. Whilst we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of information will never occur, we will take steps to prevent it.

How Aeyla keeps your information

Refunds

If you cancel your order for any Product(s) within the applicable Trial Period, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible, and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that the Product(s) have been collected by our courier or you have returned the Product(s) to our returns address. We will refund the price paid in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to damage to the Product(s), but not the cost of expedited delivery (if you selected it). If you choose not to use our free returns service, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us. If you received any promotional or other discounts when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.

Faulty Products

If any Product you ordered is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and other reference. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a risk-free 30 night trial on all products, excluding the aromatherapy & candle range. That means, if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for free for a full refund.

Please make sure to return your item/s in secure packaging to avoid them being damaged in transit. If the products arrive damaged, this may affect your return. 

We suggest wrapping your returned box in a jiffy/shipping bag.

Please note that all products need to be returned within its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, providing there are no issues with the condition of your return, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, or the exchange item will be dispatched, within 5 working days.
