All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

We use Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked service for all our deliveries

Other timed, signed or urgent next day deliveries are available charged at Royal Mail cost.

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping direct from our warehouse, please contact [email protected] if you require shipment outside of the UK.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the Royal Mail tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds policy

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns policy

We accept no quibble returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return should you require us to arrange shipping.
