How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email to confirm your order has left our UK warehouse, a tracking number will also be sent with this. 

Can I track my parcel?

All orders shipped are trackable. We will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is due to be delivered?

Our courier will make 3 attempts to deliver on consecutive business days. They will then leave a card to rearrange the delivery or you can arrange to collection your parcel from your local collection point.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes they can. But, we accept no responsibility if the signature received at the delivery address is not the intended recipient, and will consider this parcel correctly delivered.

Will I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected. Goods can be held up in customs or there can be delays during the handover from one country to another. If you’re an international customer and your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days from you receiving your dispatch email then please contact [email protected] and we will investigate for you.

To qualify for a refund you must return your order. We accept returns, our returns window is 14 days. For full details, please see our returns policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This typically takes a few days but please allow up to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, depending on your payment method and card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for returning the order back to us, we can provide a UPS shipping label for £8. Alternatively, the buyer can return to us however they like, the order must be shipped via a tracked service. 

We will issue a full product refund, please know we will not refund original shipping. Exceptions to this may apply under certain circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. However, we can accept exchanges to the same value. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept international returns. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. Please know, we will not refund original shipping paid. Further, if the order qualified for free shipping our shipping rate will be deducted from refund, assuming the revised order value drops below our qualifying criteria. It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are packaged and shipped responsibly. Customs information must be accurate, it must be clear goods are a return.
