Delivery (Express delivery) Charges will vary from item to item. Charges as of January 2021 are;
EasiCoops and Green frog coops - Free Delivery (England/Wales). If delivery is not possible on the notified date, a re-delivery will be charged at £25.
£39 - metal runs & flat packed wooden coops unless FREE shipping stated
£50 - £90 England and Wales for Pallets to 500Kg, Scotland £90-£150 for Pallets to 500Kg. Redelivery (see below) is charged at 50% of the original shipping cost.
Smaller items £3.95 - 7.95 <1Kg - 15Kg

It is the customers responsibility to examine any livestock purchased before leaving our premises, we do not accept returns as this could compromise our biosecurity. We do no offer any guarantees or refunds on any livestock taken from our premises. Our pure bred and 'Chartley' birds, are not to be considered show quality and are not vaccinated. Our hybrid layers are sourced from DEFRA approved premises and are wormed and vaccinated to commercial standards. Hybrids will vary considerably in looks and may not be cosmetically perfect, egg colour cannot be guaranteed. Cancelled orders will be refunded at 75% their original cost to cover someway to their additional upkeep. Should we make an error in the correct identification of sex of any birds we will refund at the purchase price.
