We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DarkShadow Leathers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. We'll change your product if you are not happy with your purchase.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item and the shipping price of the next one.

Shipping policy

We take great care in preparing and shipping your DarkShadow Leathers products. Please review our shipping policy to understand our shipping processes. 

• Shipping Methods: 

We currently offer standard shipping through Skynet, and we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Expedited shipping is available for all products. You can pay extra delivery costs for expedited shipping.

• Shipping Rates: 

We provide standard free shipment on all of our products no matter where you are in the world. If your country charges tax you’ll pay extra for that by yourself. Moreover, you can see the description of each product you buy to know more. 

• Order Processing Time: 

We process all orders within 1-4 business days of payment receipt. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email. Custom orders might get a little bit more time. If for some reason leather is short, we might hold your order for up to 5 or 6 days. We notify you if processing gets late by more than 6 days.

• Delivery Time: 

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Standard shipping typically takes 6-9 business days and the expedited in 1-3 days depending on the location.

• International Shipping: 

We are offering standard and expedited international shipment in all countries. Our Factory is in Pakistan and since most of our products are custom. So, we ship them directly from Pak to any place.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website. 

• Address Changes: 

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped. 

• Lost or Stolen Packages: 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
