We help tall slim men fit in and feel great in our extra long and slim clothing while keeping things simple, affordable and sustainable.

OUR STORY

We founded Just Tall on the back of our 6’5” slim founder’s endless sufferings at big and tall stores. And there are loads of big and tall stores out there. But we’re not another big and tall store. Because not all guys get wider the taller they get. Many guys stay skinny the taller they get. And they’ll rarely find clothes that fit at regular stores (too short) nor big and tall stores (too baggy). Tall skinny guys suffer, and they don’t deserve it. They deserve, just like everyone else, to wear great fitting clothing that flatters their lean frames.

We thought it was about time tall skinny guys found the right fit just as easily as short guys and big & tall guys. So we built a new simple & sustainable tall lifestyle brand especially for these 'just tall' guys. Our brand does extra long clothing without the extra width – a simple formula for the vertically gifted. We’re not the only tall slim specialist store but we’ve set ourselves apart by offering sustainable tall slim menswear that’s simple, long-lasting and affordable.

UK SHIPPING

We ship all orders from the UK. All prices inc VAT.

EVRI Tracked 48 (2-4 business days)*  is FREE on all orders.

EVRI Tracked 24 (1-2 business days)* costs only £4.00

DPD (Next business day) costs only £6.00.  Order before 1pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery.

Most shipments arrive in these timeframes, but delays can occur in exceptional circumstances beyond anyone's control, such as bad weather.

  • Orders before 3pm GMT are shipped the same day (Mon-Sat). We don't ship on Sunday or on bank holidays.

  • Services above are by EVRI and DPD courier and we'll send you tracking info by email.

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

  • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.

  • Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

Keeping things simple (and tall) is our middle name, so our return policy is short, simple and sweet. We expect you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we’ll fix any problems fast.

  • Return the item(s) you bought unworn, unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving for a free exchange or 100% product refund. There are no restocking or other hidden fees.

  • UK and USA customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to send back their item(s) free of charge!

  • FINAL SALE items (clearly marked FINAL SALE under the price) are the only exception to this policy and can't be exchanged or refunded.

  • Customers outside the UK and USA are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service to help make sure we get the item(s) back. We can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit, which is common with untracked services.

  • You're welcome to order multiple sizes and return the wrong ones, but do follow our sizing recommendations. It's really accurate and will help you get the right size the first time. By helping to reduce our returns you're helping us meet our sustainability goals.

  • We will process exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need your replacement urgently, make a new order and we’ll process a refund on your original order.

  • We will process a refund to your card within 48 hours of receiving your return. It could take between 7-10 working days to show on your original payment method.

  • If you get a defective item (you’re very unlucky if you do – but it happens), please take clear pictures and we’ll send a replacement within 48 hours (you don’t need to send it back to us).
