Shipping policy
Because we care about the planet, all our product and delivery packaging is 100% plastic free (even the tape) and planet friendly, being compostable or recyclable.
Our product boxes are printed in the UK by a Carbon Balanced Publication Printer, allowing us to support the World Land Trust. The paper board we used is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable, conforming to EN13432 and PEFC Certified.
We source our shipping boxes from a carbon neutral certified UK supplier. They’re unprinted to encourage reuse and easy recycling, plus use unbleached paper fill.
Our website orders are packed and posted by the wonderful team at Mailout - a Social Enterprise in North London who provide training and employment for people with autism and learning disabilities to gain social and warehouse skills.

We ship to KIND2 customers in the UK and the rest of the world – except the EU.

We use Royal Mail to ship our orders because it has the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major UK delivery company.
If your delivery address is in the UK, no additional taxes will be charged.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, the price does not include UK taxes. Import duties and taxes (including VAT), may be levied in your country. Any such additional charges are your responsibility. Customs policies and practices do vary widely, and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information. For goods delivered to you at an address outside the UK, you are deemed to be the importer and reminded to comply with all the laws and regulations of that country.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. All orders are subject to availability and we strive to keep an up to date stock holding in our e-store. In the unlikely instance that an order has been placed for a product that is no longer available or may be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. We will not perform any verification or validation of the address details that you specify, and accordingly accept no liability for any items delivered incorrectly (or not at all) due to an error made on your part in specifying the delivery address. We cannot accept any liability for delays to your delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances on the part of our third-party delivery suppliers, or any other matters that are beyond our direct control.

Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed, we would like to know, so please make sure you contact us. If you are an individual and are not buying goods on behalf of a business, you can cancel your order without giving any reason at any time up to 14 days from the day on which you receive your products (provided they are unopened). You must notify us of your cancellation by contacting Buy to Give.
Returns will be at your own expense and the shipping cost is not refundable. You must ensure that the products are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

We recommend you obtain proof of sending from your parcel carrier. This is free with Royal Mail.
If your cancellation is after dispatch, once we receive the products, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within 14 days. This policy does not affect your legal rights.
