SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

For 'Design Your Own Keycaps' customers - Your mock-up will be produced within 1-3 working days. Once the mock-up has been finalized, we aim to build and send out your set within 5-7 working days.

Other products are usually shipped within 1-4 business days.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to notify that you would like a refund, and 30 days to send us back your items.

However, we do not accept returns on any custom design orders created through the 'Design Your Own Keycaps' section of our website.

STANDARD UK SHIPPING

All orders are packaged and shipped from the UK.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days or 5-7 working days (if you have 'Designed Your Own Keycaps'

  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to notify that you would like a refund, and 30 days to send us back your items.

However, we do not accept returns on any custom design orders created through the 'Design Your Own Keycaps' section of our website along with any product that has been customized or personalized to your specific requirements.

For example;

  • Any 'Additional Text' that has been added to any part of the keycap Set. 

  • A keycap set that has been designed and created through the 'Design Your Own Keycaps' part of the website. 

This is due to the nature of the product becoming unsaleable to other customers once it has been customized/personalized.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

At Krome Keycaps Ltd we offer customers a 6 month warranty on any product that has been customized or personalized. This includes any product that has had 'Additional Text' added to it, or any product that has been created through our 'Design Your Own Keycaps' part of the website. The 6 month Warranty for the above statement applies to any graphic/design that has been rubbed off or removed from the keycap due to a manufacturing issue or defect. 

To be eligible for a Warranty replacement, you must provide significant information and visible photographs that show the issue or defect. You can submit a Warranty request by emailing us at [email protected]

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please refer to the above section of the policy to find out more information regarding returns. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
