All UK orders are shipped between 1-3 days after order(s) are placed. All deliveries will be carried out by Royal Mail in the first instance. Delivery times can vary depending on how busy Royal Mail are but should be with you between 1-3 business days after your oder has been dispatched. Please be advised if a courier is used most couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
