The refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. In some circumstances I will pay for returning the goods depending on the situation. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order, for combined shipping please contact me as I may be able to help with the costs depending on weight and destination. Your order usually will be sent the next day after purchase, please note Bank Holidays effect this, If I am on Holiday I will communicate this as there will be a delay in sending the item. If I have dispatched an order and you cancel it you will be required to pay for both delivery and return costs. We will delivery goods to the address on the order. Countries requiring customs label will have accurate information placed on the label.
