We are a small family owned on-line store that endevaours to supply great value cycle product and competitive prices. Whether you are fixing a kids bike, upgrading your mountain bike, or simply just maintaining the bike you already own, we have the ideal parts to keep your bike on the road. Specialising in brake sets and consumable parts, there is very little we con't know about hydraulic and mechanical brake systems for all types of bike. All our product was covered by a manufacturers warranty. And should a brake set fail (we understand that these things can happen through no fault of anyone) we will always do our utmost to fix ore replace parts where ever practical. In short we go the extra mile... so you can too.

Shipping policy
All items are shipped the same day of ordering wherever possible (week days only). Items purchased over the weekend will be shipped on the first day of business the next working week.
Standard Shipping
Delivery is free of charge unless stated. All orders using free delivery should arrive between 3 and 5 working days after the day of order. If the order is placed after 12pm it will be processed and sent out the following morning.
All orders over the value of £25.00 are shipped using a tracked method of carriage. Where relevant tracking numbers will be sent via email to the customer once available.
Next day delivery
Where next day delivery is available, orders must be placed before 12 pm to qualify. Next day delivery can be selected at the checkout at an additional cost, as stated. All next day deliveries are tracked. Where relevant tracking numbers will be sent via email to the customer once available.

Returns and cancellatiions
You have 30 days to notify us that you wish to cancel or return your order from the day after you have received your goods. You must notify us in writing via email, fax or letter. In order for you to qualify for full refund the goods must be returned to us, no later than 30 days after you notified us of the cancellation; unused, in their original packaging together with a proof of purchase and in a fully re saleable condition.
Once we have received your goods, we will arrange for the cost of the returned items to be refunded back to your account. We regret that we cannot pay for the return postage on any order cancellations.
All returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they are safely received by us. We advise that you take out additional parcel insurance with the carrier to cover you for loss or damage, should it occur. We regret that we cannot guarantee any refunds will be made if we receive notification of a cancelled order after the 30 day cancellation period has expired. We are happy to discuss any order cancellations with you, please contact us.
Damaged and faulty goods
In the unlikely event that your order should arrive damaged or faulty, we will either give you a full refund on receipt of the damaged goods, or send you a replacement. You must notify us that the item/items are faulty within 30 days of the original purchase to qualify for a refund. We will reimburse you of any reasonable returns cost.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please be aware that if you send the item back without notifying us prior to postage, you may experience additional delays in receiving your refund.
How do I return my item?
If you wish to return your item, please make sure that it is returned in it’s original packaging. Please ensure that you include the order number and your name and address inside the package. Otherwise your replacement or refund may be delayed. The address for our returns department is:

How long will I have to wait for a refund
We will refund you in full (the cost of the item plus the delivery) once we have received the returned package and processed it back into our warehouse, crediting back to you through the same method by which you originally paid. Refunds for the cost of returns postage will be credited back by cheque. We endeavour to pay all refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If you are shipping an item over £20.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
