How long does it take for my order to be sent ?
All our canvas and wooden artworks are made to order and carefully assembled after receiving your order. Depending on your location, it may take around 3-5 business days for you to receive your order. If there is any urgency, please contact us and we`ll do our best to meet your time frame.
If you have any questions and/or shipping and delivery issues, feel free to write to us. One of our customer service specialist will get in touch with you as early as possible (usually in few hours).
Can I come and collect my order from your factory ?
We are an e-commerce company and unfortunately we do not have a showroom where you can visit and collect your order. All our orders are shipped via Fedex across UK and overseas.
Do you ship internationally?

Any issues with your order ?
Our return policy is very simple, even though we do our best to keep our successful delivery rate of above 96-98% , issues rarely occur and we are always here to fix them as quickly as possible. All you need to do is to notify us together with supporting photos of the product and the boxes it has arrived in. For any damaged artwork, wrong image, or incorrect size artwork we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. We would like you to have the greatest shopping experience at every stage on our website.
