Shipping policy

  • Shipping Service depends on availability at our Fulfilment Centres in UK (Birmingham), EU (Germany) and USA (Texas).

  • If we run out of stock in any Territory, we will fulfil from one of our other centres and this may incur a delay (but will not increase the price).

  • Customer will pay for any return to our fulfilment centre in the event that a refund is requested.

  • Goods will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed (business hours apply).

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways hosted on our third party platforms (Shopify) adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, or if your package did not arrive, we're here to help! 

Please contact us and we can assist you in a return and refund or we can chase up your delivery. Please include your order number and/ or the original email address used for the purchase.

Goods Not Delivered

We don’t manage the courier and we put every faith in them to deliver your goods on time. However, recently we have seen an increase in issues which is why we ask you to monitor your delivery and let us know if it hasn’t arrived within these timeframes per territory:

For example, if you live in Australia and your package has not arrived within 3 weeks, you must alert us of this so that we can raise a ticket with the courier to investigate. Failure to do so may mean that the courier refuses to investigate and they may not issue a refund on this basis. This is the service level  agreement that they are imposing on us, so we must observe this. 

Goods Returns and Refunds

We offer returns or exchanges for ORB Sticker or Pendant customers that reach out within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original state. It must also be in the original packaging. If you wish to discuss a way to test the ORB patches before peeling them off, you can contact our helpdesk at the email address above. When returning an ORB Sticker pack, the complete strip of 3, 6 or 12 ORB does not need to be stuck inside the card, it can be loose. 

Please read carefully the procedure for returning Stickers and the procedure for returning Pendants because they are different.

PROCEDURE for RETURNING OMNIA STICKERS 

Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Once any one sticker has been peeled off the strip, we can’t accept the return.

Return Instructions for Sticker Packs:

  • Contact us give us your order number and tell us of your intention to return your ORB. 

  • We will then inform you where to send the goods 

  • Either write on the card or put a paper note of your Order Number inside the card.  

  • Place the strip of stickers inside the Omnia card and put the card in a firm envelope. 

  • Send the package to the address provided (note: we cannot refund the return shipping costs).

  • Contact us to confirm your return (we will look out for it).

  • When the Fulfilment House receives and checks that the goods are in good order, we will refund. 

PROCEDURE for RETURNING OMNIA PENDANTS

Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase.

If the bayonet has been attached to the pendant, or there is evidence of excessive wear or tear or damage, we can’t accept the return.

Return Instructions for Omnia Pendants:

  • Contact us , give us your order number and tell us of your intention to return your ORB Pendant. 

  • Either write on the card or put a paper note of your Order Number inside the box  

  • Place the pendant and all the extra items (the brochure, pouch, rubber ring, bayonet fixing, and cord) inside the Omnia Box and bubble wrap it for protection. 

  • We will then inform you where to send the goods

  • Contact us to confirm your return (we will look out for it). 

  • When it is received, we will check that the goods are in good order, then we will issue the refund. 

RETURNING PENDANTS and STICKER PACKS 

If you are returning a combination of ORB Pendant and Sticker packs, please follow the instructions in part 1 and 2 combined. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive your email and we have received the goods back to the destination listed above. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process and show up in your account. If after this time the refund does not show, please contact your bank or credit card provider. 

We regret to inform you that we cannot refund the return postage and packaging.

If your goods are damaged in any way, please contact us  and we can help you resolve the issue.
