Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All small item orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Bespoke orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
During the peak Christmas season, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Small items generally come with free shipping unless you choose a premium service.
Larger items such as garden planters and bespoke orders will have shipping charges applied based on their weight and size.

All small items within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail
All large items within the UK are shipped via other Courier
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail and delivered by your local delivery company.

We are unable to accept returns on personalised items as these have been made to order with your specifications. Our listing pictures are of the physical items with clear descriptions. If you feel that these are misleading in any way please let us know by emailing [email protected] with more information so we can check and rectify where necessary.
If your item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch and we will get this sorted for you, usually that day.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
If you have made a spelling mistake on your order, we will offer to replace this providing the delivery and material cost is paid for. We totally understand errors can be made so we want to make it as easy as possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
