However, shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination country and some countries outside the UK may experience charges. The processing time is the time it takes to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually, it is around 1 to 2 working days to process orders but some products may need to be sourced & authenticated which can take around 10 days before shipment, you will be informed at checkout of how long the product will take so please double check this before checking out.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, e-credit.
We do not allow returns for the following:
Products that have been previously worn.
Products without their tags attached.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Items previously returned for exchange.
