All items are dispatched in a strong cardboard tube to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event you have not received your product in a reasonable time based on the above guidelines contact us and we will resolve any issues quickly.
We offer a full 90 days to return an item and receive a full refund. No quibbles. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. (We understand it may have been opened to verify the contents). You do not need a receipt or proof of purchase as we have a record of all transactions.
