We want you to love your products but if for any reason you are not completely statisfied with your purchases then contact us within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in the original complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in it’s original packaging nor in a reasonable condition will not be refunded.

Depending on the reason for return you will not be refunded any original delivery charges.

If you received your order and unfortunately the goods have been damaged during delivery then please let us know right away. Please email us with the details along with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
