TRL Handmade Furniture offers free delivery and assembly UK wide by our 2-man delivery and assembly service. Some hard to reach areas may accrue an additional such as The Highlands of Scotland, all of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man etc

1. Refunds

Issued solely in cases of unresolvable defects. We will always repair or replace a flawed product first before considering a refund.

2. Two Year Guarantee

All products are backed by a two year warranty protecting against manufacturing flaws. Contact us immediately if any defect arises and we'll make needed repairs.

3. Cancellations

Must be requested within 24 hours of ordering since production begins quickly. By ordering, you agree to these policies.
