Shipping policy
We ship most products within 1-3 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within
USA: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
Canada: 5-10 business days
UK, most of EU (Shipped from Amsterdam): 3-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 business days
Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
Some products only ship from our USA factory, and can take up to 5-20 days when shipping to the EU/UK.
Shipping Carriers
For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
For Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, running on an equivalent to First Class International service. Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.
All International domestic mail carriers operate a little differently. Please be aware that some may have reduced tracking facilities.
Duties and Taxes
1. US, AU, CA, Europe
Prices include taxes and duties. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
2. Other countries
Local duties and taxes may be applied to your package. Eurekaah has no control over these fees. Please refer to your country's customs and import office for more information.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn items can be returned to Eurekaah within 90 days of delivery. Non-personalised pieces are eligible for a full refund, if within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized jewelry pieces are made specially for you; therefore, can either be returned for exchange or store credit.
Exchanges:
You must return your original item before we are able to send your new item to production. If you want to exchange an item, please first reach out to service via live chat or email us.
If a customer qualifies for a Price Difference Refund, they will receive the refund in the form of store credit. Cash refunds will not be provided. The store credit will be equivalent to the price difference between the original purchase price and the updated item price at the time of the request.
Damaged Item:
Visit our ‘Contact Us’ page, Fill in the form and add ‘Inquire about received order’ and any relevant information such as (My item is damaged/There is a mistake in my order/Something is missing, etc.).
Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the matter.
You can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalised items.
Since each item is uniquely made for our customers and we start production straight away, please let us know up to 12 hours after placing your order if you want to cancel it. Please be advised that after 12 hours, we are able to offer either exchange or store credit. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team.
Cancellation is only possible before item has shipped.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
Eurekaah reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
