We work 'with your business' to support your requirements. Our in-house embroidery and printing service enables us to offer a personalised service and one shop approach.

Shipping policy

We deliver to any UK address however please allow up to 14 working days from date of purchase. In most cases a signature will be required on receipt of your goods. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation stating this - please allow the expected delivery time to pass before contacting us about non receipt of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is ready and able to accept delivery of the product, in particular that there is space for any delivery vehicle to make the delivery. We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems. In the case of an order being returned to us due to failure to deliver, including if the customer has not collected from their local sorting office we might request that you pay an additional delivery cost to cover the cost of the re delivery of your order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If your order contains items that are currently on pre-order and items that are available your order will be held until the whole order can be dispatched. If you wish to receive the items that are available as soon as the order is placed please place two orders to split the pre-order Items and available items.

PERSONALISED ITEMS

If you purchase an item that requires personalisation please make sure that you have entered all the required information. Once the order has been placed the item(s) and the corresponding personalised information will be sent on to our supplier, these item(s) will be dispatched direct for the supplier to the delivery address you entered during checkout, therefore you may receive multiple parcels and you may receive parts of your order at different times, please allow the specified time outlined in the Delivery and Shipping section before contacting us if you haven’t received your complete order. Please note we cannot ship these personalised items outside of the United Kingdom.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. To cancel your order you must inform us within the stated timeframe you can do this via any of our contact methods. Please include your order number in any correspondence to us.

If you cancel your order prior to despatch you will be entitled to a full refund including any delivery charge, however if your order contains personalised item(s) and if these have been processed you will not get a refund for these items. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of notification to cancel for the refund to be processed.

If the order has already been despatched a refund will not be given until the order has arrived back at the store. You will not receive a refund for any delivery charges and if the order contains personalised item(s) you will not receive a refund unless the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we have the right to investigate the fault with our suppliers during which the refund will be delayed until any finding are confirmed. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date the store receives the items back for the refund to be processed.

Goods can be returned to us in a new and unused condition with any garment packaging and labels still attached and in a saleable condition within 28 days from date of purchase. Orders which contain personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault, or where the personalisation has been spelt differently to what was entered by the customer and what has been entered on the order acknowledgement email. .

When a straight exchange of an item is required (e.g. change of size) the customer must return the original item with the proof of purchase. You may be contacted to pay an additional delivery charge to cover the cost of the re delivery of the item(s).

We have the right to refuse to refund or exchange any item if the condition of the returned item is not of a saleable quality or if the item has been mishandled causing a fault to occur.
