Our luxury wax melts are hand poured and made from a sustainable Rapeseed & Coconut blend, which is palm, soy and additive free as well as being both kosher & halal. It is an environmentally conscious blend that maintains exceptional performance standards. We use only high quality oils that are vegan friendly and also paraben and phthalate free.

We understand that strikes can be frustrating, but trust us, through trial and error we have found Royal Mail to be the most reliable. Your shipping costs are calculated by both the weight and size of the products you order.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will ensure we communicate any delays. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Large Letter or small parcel depending on the weight of your order.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or change of heart.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period.


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that a refund will be refused for reasons like:

A) "I don't like the scent,"

B)  A change of heart.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
