• Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and our shipping processing application Shipstation.

Customer support information

• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

• Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.

• Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1 - Refund and Exchanges : You will be given the choice to either be refunded to original payment method or to replace the item (if faulty)

2 - Return routing rules : You will be able to either 1) be provided with a Royal Mail return label for £3.99 or 2) Ship with any carrier of your choice.

3 - Once approved, you will be able to return the package. Once received and verified, we will proceed with the full refund.

Dispatch Policy

If your order was made before 12pm, we will dispatch your order on the same day. If your order was made after 12pm, we will dispatch your order on the next working day.

Shipping Tracking and Delivery time

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

You will then be able to track your order on the dedicated website as well as with the courier website directly with the tracking number that will be shared to you.

Once with the carrier, the order will typically be delivered within 1 to 4 working day anywhere in the UK and depending on the delivery method.
