We are a family business deeply committed to producing vegetarian, natural and prepared foods that taste homemade. Our family often eats at a delightful Himalayan restaurant where customers are served a bowl of lentil soup to eat while waiting for their meals to arrive We were so taken by the flavor of this delicious soup that we partnered with the restaurant's owner to produce a version that brings back the flavors and aromas of authentic Indian cuisine. Now Amy's customers are also able to enjoy this mildly spiced Golden Lentil soup made from red lentils and yellow split peas gently cooked with vegetables and traditional spices.
