Rooibos Spiced Chai Chai, which in India simply means "tea", refers to strong black tea flavored with various spices, then served with a substantial amount of hot milk (up to 1/3 of the cup of tea), and sweetened with brown sugar or honey. Frothing the milk adds a special smoothness to the beverage. Rooibos Spiced Chai combines superior South African Rooibos with other herbs and spices to create a potent, cinnamon-sweet and spicy cup of tea, which lends itself well to the addition of milk and sweeteners.
