Our Black Truffle Howling Hound Organic Cheddar is a true gourmet product, made with the revered ingredient of European Black Truffles, authentically hunted using a truffle hunter and hound. If you're unfamiliar with the taste of truffles, it has an earthy, nutty and aromatic flavour. We make our cheddar using a traditional 90 year old recipe and we mature it for up to 12 months. After that, we select the very best cheese to make it into one of our award-winning truckles. Then the European Black Truffle is added. The Black Truffle is perfectly balanced with the creaminess of our vintage organic cheese. Our truffle truckle will delight your taste buds with the rich and moreish flavours you would expect of delicious fresh truffles All of our cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.
