A Gore-Tex Performance Comfort membrane protects against moisture and allows the foot to breathe. The 3D Flex System in the heel supports the foot during descents and on uneven surfaces. An EVA footbed and polyurethane midsole absorb shock, especially when carrying a heavy backpack. A Vibram outsole with a Climbing Zone in the forefoot provides more stability on rocks or steel climbs. The graded lacing on the outer construction allows for a better fit.
