The spring is mounted between the ceiling mount and the suspended equipment (e.g. punching bag, boxing ball, etc.) to cushion its load.

The use of a spring significantly increases training comfort and reduces the load on the ceiling and mountings.

Recommended maximum spring load: up to 40 kg
