Santa Tresa organic estate is in the south eastern corner of Sicily, and has been farming since 1697. A long established and ecologically sustainable farm that produces some of the finest organic wines from Sicily. This beautiful sparkling wine is made from the indigenous Frappato red grape from Sicily, and it makes the most wonderful and delicate rose with a stunning colour.
