DBX Strap Pro handles enable effective abdominal and core suspension training.

During suspension training, the smallest and weakest muscle groups fatigue the fastest, preventing effective training of larger muscle groups such as the abdominals and core. The solution is to use DBX Strap Pro handles – they relieve the strain on the hands and forearms, allowing for longer and more effective training of the muscle groups we train.

Safe carabiners

Together with the handles, you will receive a set of very strong snap hooks measuring 16 x 8 cm, ensuring the safety of your training.

The correct width of the handles ( 21 cm wide ) prevents pressure and chafing of the arms during training.
