Dona Paula use only estate grown grapes, cultivated at high altitudes where the cooler temperatures allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing complex and intense flavours. Unique is an organic Malbec, bright with red fruit, cherry and plum, and a backbone of chocolate, coffee, olives and spice.
